"I lost 60 lbs in a year."
I lost 60 lbs in a year and reached my goal. You do have to call customer service to cancel, but I didn't have too much difficulty doing so. The food was not delicious, but it was OK.

"Good Plan, Good Food"
I'm really surprised at the number of negative reviews but seems most are delivery/customer service related. I just started this program again. Did it 10 years ago and worked for me. I love the food (vegetarian plan) but no frozen meals. Not hungry at all and losing weight at a good pace. Delivery was quick.
