"Pretty easy to use overall"
Picking meals is simple, and the plan is easy to follow most days. I mean, there are a few moments where I have to think it through a bit, but overall it’s been straightforward and not stressful.

"Billing mix-up got sorted out"
I had a little billing issue with my order, and it was kind of annoying at first, but they got it fixed quickly. They were nice about it too, so it ended up being fine.

"Delivery Was WAY Quicker Than I Expected"
I ordered from nutrisystem.com the delivery showed up faster than I thought it would. The tracking was easy to follow, and the box actually arrived on the day it said it would, which was a nice surprise.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because one corner of the box was a little banged up, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. Overall, NOT a big deal at all, and the shipping speed was really good.

"Surprisingly filling, honestly"
I don’t totally get how it works, because when I open the meal I’m like, okay, that’s it? But then I eat it, get distracted, go about my day, and somehow I’m still not hungry hours later. So yeah, small portions, but they actually keep me full.

"Fresh enough to make me question my usual go-to"
I’ll be honest, I’ve been loyal to another meal delivery brand for a while, so I wasn’t expecting this one to win me over. But the food actually tasted really fresh. The veggies weren’t soggy or mushy, and the breakfasts didn’t have that weird stale, boxed flavor I’ve had with some others. Everything showed up cold and packed well too. I’ve had one meal that wasn’t really my thing, but overall the freshness has been impressive enough that I’m definitely debating whether to stick with my old favorite or switch.

"The snacks are honestly my favorite part"
I’ve been doing Nutrisystem for a little while now, the snacks ended up being the thing that surprised me the most. I figured they’d be like most “diet” snacks I’ve tried before, kind of chalky or bland, but the cookies and bars are actually good.
Some of them are a little smaller than I’d like, but they still help when I’m craving something sweet at night. If the snacks can keep me from standing in the pantry looking for something worse, I feel like that says a lot about the plan overall.

"Lost a little, but nothing dramatic"
I tried this for a while, mostly in the mornings before work since that’s when I usually remember to do these kinds of things. It worked okay overall, but the weight came off slowly. I did lose some, just not a huge amount or as fast as I was hoping.

"I was a little nervous about..."
I was a little nervous about finding meals that would actually fit my restrictions, but Nutrisystem ended up having more options than I thought. It’s been easy to choose what works for me, and I don’t feel like I’m stuck eating the same things every day. Something about it just makes the whole diet feel a lot more manageable.

"Shipping was solid for me"
My orders showed up on time, the tracking was easy to follow, and the boxes arrived in good shape, which I always appreciate because, nobody wants to deal with a beat-up package. Overall, the shipping experience was reliable for me.

"Honestly, good for the price"
I wasn’t really expecting a ton, but I was actually surprised by how much food you get for what you pay. It’s definitely not fancy or anything, but it does make life easier when I don’t feel like doing another grocery run or figuring out meals. For the price, I feel like it’s been worth it so far, am I the only one who thinks that’s a solid deal?

"Auto delivery has been really convenient"
I’ve been using the auto delivery for a little while now, and it’s been easy. It just shows up when it’s supposed to, and when I needed to switch things around, that wasn’t a big deal. I don’t always have the energy to figure out meals, so having this already handled has been nice.

"Honestly, the food is good!"
I was actually kind of surprised by how good the food tastes. I figured “diet food” would be super bland, but most of the meals have been really enjoyable. The pastas and snacks are probably my favorites, and the desserts don’t have that weird aftertaste I’ve noticed with some other plans. There are definitely a few items I like more than others... but overall, the taste makes it way easier to stick with.

"Frozen meals were surprisingly decent"
I’ve been trying Nutrisystem for a few weeks now, and I’ll admit I was skeptical at first, especially about the frozen meals. But they’ve ended up being the best part. Most of them heat up without much hassle and actually taste good, especially the breakfasts. Some of the dinners are on the small side, and a few get kind of watery in the microwave, which makes me wonder how consistent they really are. Still, compared to the shelf-stable stuff, I’d pick the frozen meals every time. I’d give it 4 stars.

My Nutrisystem order showed up in good shape overall. I’ll be honest, after I paid I was a little unsure and kept wondering if everything would actually arrive okay, but the box got here and everything was packed neatly.
The frozen items were still cold, which was a relief. A couple of the meal boxes had small dents on the corners, but nothing was opened, leaking, or ruined, so it wasn’t a huge issue.
Overall, the packaging was better than I expected. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the outer box felt a little sturdier, but it worked out fine...

"My Nutrisystem Orders Have Been Right So Far"
I’ve ordered from Nutrisystem a few times now, i keep half-expecting something to be wrong, but everything in my boxes has been correct each time. The meals matched what I picked online, the counts were right, and I haven’t had any random swaps or missing items.
Maybe that’s just what should happen, so I don’t know if it’s a big deal, but I really appreciate it. I hate having to contact customer service over food orders, so having everything show up the way it was supposed to has made the whole thing feel easy.

I ended up having to return my order and wasn’t sure if it was going to be a whole thing, but... it was actually really easy. Customer service got back to me fast, and the refund showed up after a few days. No long back-and-forth or anything like that. Definitely appreciated how simple it was...
